    1. Add 60cc of water to 100g of flour and knead well.
    2. Microwave (6 to 700w for 30 seconds,
    3. 500w for 40 seconds), take it out and knead well,
    4. Just heat it up again and knead it well and it's done!!

     

    • If it is one size (40-50g) that is usually sold at Japanese confectionery shops,
    • One bag (200g) can make about 5-7 pieces of nerikiri!!
